Turbotax is great *if* you have really good vision

So frustrating that you can't enlarge the font size! It's really hard to read the tiny font. But the program works well and is accurate.

Two fatal flaws, font size and IP PIN

There are 2 MAJOR flaws in TurboTax.
1. You cannot change the font size in the interface on the desktop version. (I'm not asking for tax form font, but all the questions you ask.)
2. You do not ask for the IRS Identity Protection PIN during the filing process. Only after getting rejected did I do research and find that I need to manually add a form for the IP PIN. You should ask if I have one during the filing process!

I've always used Turbo Tax ever since I stopped filing out forms..
It was as easy to use as before and they continue to get more difficult to use.
Haven't tried any other product, but maybe it's time.

TurboTax is a user-friendly program

TT program is user friendly and easy to follow instructions. I appreciate the free E-file on federal returns but wish it could offer free E-file for state as it already cost to purchase the program itself. It is also would be nice if TT would start making the program available to help with the filing for local earn income tax portion. Some state such as PA does require taxpayers to file local earn income tax beside state and federal and TT has never been able to have that option available but in 2025, I hope the program should start including that option for free of charge as well.
