All the way with Turbo Tax

I think Turbo Tax is the best way to file your taxes because it has easy to follow guidelines.

Much easier to go thru this year. and had options to amend a mistake after I filed. I like the setup on the right-hand side of viewing the forms. I do miss going to the store and buying turbo tax and then buying other stuff while I'm at the stores -- gosh we all are going to grow flat fingers and no toes.

Turbo Tax - Lifesaver Despite Hard Drive Crash

I had a pretty good experience with Turbo Tax. There were some areas that I questioned myself on whether it was right or not, but later Turbo Tax came back and addressed the issues effectively. I think the program is very user-friendly and I am thankful for it. I lost my previous year's backup versions of Turbo Tax because my hard drive crashed. This made this experience a little more difficult for me, so I had to rely on help from my 2023 printed version that I just happened to have and was so glad I did. Some things seemed different this time, but I was not sure since I lost the last version on my PC. I have confidence in Turbo Tax that I got it right. Thanks so much for the opportunity to comment.

Still going to use it

I think it has gotten less user friendly, and I feel like I am not as sure that my return is accurate. This is true of both the business and personal formats.

I have used this software for as long as I can remember. I am 68 years old. It was more challenging than ever this year. On the state return, Part IV line 5 was answer no. I had to edit the information and check yes.

2024 easy to use

Downloaded the 2024 return. I may have paid a little too much for it. The instructions were a bit complicated but I finally finished all the necessary steps.
