2024 Turbotax no less frustrating then last year's

TT continued to have update problems which prevented me from accessing my file. It finally resolved itself after a few days of attempts. It's always something with your program. Every year is a new challenge which adds many hours of frustration. At the moment I am trying to figure out how to purchase the $5k Ibond and how to apply excess money to next year's return. Both situations are buried somewhere in your program and difficult to locate. Fortunately others express their frustrations on line and offer work around suggestions. Maybe time to try a new program next year. Getting tired of this. By now you should have solved these issues which come up each year.

Turbo Tax support is awesome. Help from PAGE today to file my state return. She was professional, knowledgeable and frankly fun despite having a tough job. I will continue to use TurboTax.

Forced state tax
