TurboTax is still the best Tax SW product

Did not want "Auto Defense"; was charged anyway

Love the product. Felt ripped off or missed the toggle for "audit defense" as I did not want it or need it, but I was charged for it. I usually file Federal "for free" and print and send State manually, but I decided to file both electronically this time. I'll use TT next year as I have for 25 years, but I'll pay closer attention to not pay for un-needed "audit defense" next year.

Ms. Lakita from Intuit helped me find my incorrect CA tax return, step by step, and enabled me to pay additional tax in the amended return before the April 15, 2025 deadline.

Great, but need to expand bank/credit union list

Great, only comment is to they need expand the list of banks/credit unions they can pull information from. I use 1 local and 1 federal credit union and neither are on the list.

Works but has warts

It works but has warts, like not letting you copy and paste passwords for institutions you import from or allowing you to select the drive and directory for your tax returns.

no pmt option delay
