Long Time User... First Time Disappointed

I have used TurboTax for over 10 years. This is the first time in a long time which provided angst and frustration. First issue was with going back to working on a return in progress. In the past, the program would return me to where I left off previously. This time it would take me back to the beginning (albeit with the information I had input). Secondly was with the area covering IRA transactions. I was confused with questioning with contributions made to Roth IRAs. As noted on the W2 information we input, salary was invested into an employee matching plan, with our part going into a Roth designation. That amount was included in the taxable compensation figure.When answering the question "Did you make contributions to a Roth IRA?" we answered in the affirmative and provided the amount. The drastic change in the tax consequence status tipped me off to something being wrong.

Disappointed with turbo tax this year

It is taking entirely to long for turbo tax to make the form 8283 available. The available date has changwed 3 times thus far. - Very disappointing with turbo tax this year

Bad Experience

Terrible experience. Kept asking for log in info Key??? thru out process. I don't know what that is. Had to restart Mac several times to proceed. Can't imagine using again. Trying to sell products thru out process.
