Still works well

The interface was easy to navigate as it has been in prior years and my only criticism comes from the difficulty trying to link to my INT accounts. It would have been nice to have an option on the page to enter manually rather than making numerous attempts to locate the vendor and then link to your account.

I have been using turbo tax for decades. Too much emphasis on refunds. This might be a good candidate for AI. Perhaps it just does not work well with Mac computers

It's very frustrating to not be able to see all the forms until you are ready to file. I have used TurboTax since at least 2010 and I feel it is becoming more difficult to use.

Print is trash

I've been using TurboTax for decades. Do NOT combine Federal and State documents into a single print file 250 pages later, I still can't get the state documents separated from the Federal information. Plus, one time they were intermixed together despite trying to limit the range of documents that I wanted to print

OK, needs some basic improvement

There are basic issues with this product (the download). For example, it constantly asks you if you want to upgrade to live help. Constantly. I had to quit the software and come back a day later to clear it. The software does not explain basic aspects of efiling (WHY we don't need to attach W2s etc).
There are HUGE problems with the online form. It FAILS TO CORRECT if a form is counted more than once. The online form eliminated my substantial refund by counting forms multiple times. This is a basic error.
