Turbotax has gone downhill

Turbotax used to be easy and straight forward. Over the last few years, the program has gone downhill. Intuit's web site is horrible and constantly redirects you back to pages you've already been to. I find it very difficult to find the forms that I am looking for.

Turbo Tax Deluxe suggested improvements

Overall Turbo Tax Deluxe is a good product, but there are areas that could be improved, such as showing capital gains associated with dividends and improve the labeling associated with capital gains related to sale of stocks and mutual funds. Also, making it clearer of where health insurance premiums should be entered even if not itemizing, as some state tax income tax require that information.

TurboTax is Great!

I've been with Turbo Tax almost since its inception, and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my taxes. Having people around the country answering questions in such a pleasant way also made doing taxes a treat.

As expected Turbo Tax was easy a breeze to use, however signing up for the downloaded version was a little confusing with free version and pay process.

I LOVE TURBO TAX

I absolutely love Turbo Tax and am firmly committed to using their software forever unless I win Powerball and suddenly have unexpected tax issues. But the likelihood of me winning Powerball is pretty slim so I'm a Turbo Taxer for life. I've been using Turbo Tax every year since 2009 and I've never ever had any trouble filing my taxes. There has never been a situation that the software hasn't been able to walk me through. I've never needed the live tax advice they offer, but I definitely appreciate knowing it's there if I need it. I download the software every year and it makes doing my taxes a stress free experience! Before you go to any of those rip-off tax prep services you see advertised on TV (or set up in a tent in the lobby of a big box store) do yourself a favor and try Turbo Tax. Pay approximately $55-$75 (depending where you buy and which version) for the software download and let them walk you through every step! The software gets better and better every year with additional features that make the whole process easier. Try Turbo Tax. You won't regret it!
