Turbotax continues to evolve over time

Only had one problem with software. Internet search found others to have the same and used solution. it worked. Probably the best sw yet.

Turbo Tax is Good!!

I didn't know how to engage with your live experts, but I think there was a cost associated with that. The chat feature is really useless. Doesn't provide any information, to me, that is helpful. I appreciate this software and have used it for awhile and I'm grateful that our taxes are pretty straightforward. I'd like to know more about the live experts.

Glitch???

Everything was good until I was instructed to send a complete copy of my return to the government AFTER I had efiled. This makes no sense to me. Why waste time, paper, ink, envelop and mucho postage to send something that has already be sent electronically.
