I have always prepared my tax returns myself, and have used Turbo Tax ever since it became available. Even though I am a retired lawyer, I would be lost without Turbo Tax.

Coud be much improved - especially for repeat user

I've used Turbo Tax for over 30 years (Floppy Discs!) However, each year I start by importing the previous years return, it asks me the same questions over and over - even though the data has been entered previously.
"WHAT WAS YOUR HSA BALANCE AS OF 12/31/2010?" A: unchanged from last year's entry!!
(and yes - much of this data is "unique" - it's the same account numbers from downloaded accounts, etc)

That's one of the main reasons I use it - which I now question....
Many of the questions could be better worded. I find HSA questions "confusing" - and disjointed between HSA distributions and contributions....

E filing rejected 2 times. No help 2nd time from Turbotax. Had to do regular mailing. No help number no place to send email. Not happy
