HORRIBLE interface this year. I will NOT be purchasing next year.... You made it too hard to print, change topics, EVERYTHING is harder and I don't like it and will not use next year. Plus you're more expensive

Awful. I have used Turbo Tax for many years without a problem but this version should have been scrapped. Schedule B was a mess. I had to do everything manually as a check because so much was wrong. And now for a simple question as to how to delete an entry, your technical assistant doesn't seem to be working.

The Good and the Needs

This app is one I have used for many years. It takes care of the many, sometimes complicated, aspects of our tax system. It pays attention to the details, and guides through the various categories of information. It also provides some guidance on the options that may be used for particular aspects.
One area needs some more clarification and options. There was no place to indicate that a portion of my income was Clergy Housing Allowance. It took me literally hours to find a "work around" for that. Going to HELP links was no help. Even though a couple of items claimed to provide instructions for identifying part of income for such, following their suggestions was either fruitless or dead end. Frustrating!
