Turbo Tax sneaky with state return charges

I've used Turbo Tax for years and have been very happy but I really do not appreciate your sneaky way of automatically charging the $40 processing fee for state taxes. I had to google to find another way to avoid this. It would be way more honest for you to present the two ways to pay: using your credit card or taking the charge out of your refund. It is not a big deal or inconvenience to pay by credit card. It is way more inconvenient to have to go grab my driver's license to enter the info to file electronically. I feel your method is not honest and I'm almost at a point that I will no longer use Turbo Tax, as what other sneaky items will you automatically put into your system in the future. We are not stupid.

There was information missing from my Federal forms that the review did not catch. This caused me to take a long time to figure out what form I needed to amend to fix the problem.

I have been using Turbo Tax to prepare my taxes for at least the past 35 or 40 years. I completely trust the results and have not had any issues. I look forward to continuing to use TurboTax for the foreseeable future.
