Turbo Tax needs to go back to installation disc

I like using the product. I have the jitters about getting the program online. Would greatly appreciate going back to the installation disk or memory stick.

Issue with knowing why my Federal return rejected

It was mostly easy to use but my completed Federal Tax return was rejected but I don't have any idea why. It went through the process of reviewing it and said it was ready to transmit. Within a few hours I received an e-mail that it was rejected. Since I'm going to mail my PA Tax return, I won't know until it's too late if that is also rejected.

I have been using Turbo Tax for filing my business and personal tax returns for years. Turbo Tax is user friendly and has never caused me any problems. I would recommend Turbo Tax to anyone.

Ridiculous Fees at the end

I really didn't like getting nickel and dimed at the end for E-file and Refund fees, especially after I already spent $40 to purchase the software
