Turbo Tax Software

The rating is 3 stars because since last year and this year the program is getting more and more challenging to work with. Sometimes I have to figure out what to do next along with trying to troubleshoot the information I need to just get started. The first time I used Turbo Tax software was awesome. Now it has me wondering if I should try another software program.

Super Easy to Use

I have been using TurboTax for over 20 years and find it very easy to use. The user interface is excellent! Switching between Step-by-Step and forms is super easy and useful, especially for correcting errors. I will continue to use the software.
One suggestion/request: For those of us who do not have a NJ State Tax liability (i.e., zero tax), TurboTax should WAIVE the filing fee, especially because NJ Tax portal allows Free filing. So, we have an alternative.

Web version isn't good

It may just be me, but I found the new"web version" (vs the disk I've used for over 10 years) was not very reliable nor responsive. Bring back the DISK!!!!!

Not sure I like downloading. I like getting a disk and your cost of blank disk is almost nothing.
