Turbo Tax was very problematic for 2024

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. I have to say this year was the worst. The files were placed in folders different than other years. The transfer of information from last year's return to this year was POOR! All info didn't came through. The updates that had to be done took forever and a day. The one really large update I had to run multiple times in order for it to take. I'm not sure what the problem is because like I said, I have used Turbo Tax forever and have never been displeased with it until this year.

Errors, cant file electronically. Frustrating!

Didn't work to do electronically, first time ever. kept saying AGI was incorrect no matter what I entered. Was rejected over 6 times so now I'm having to mail it. I am looking at the exact number from last years and its not taking it. It also keeps telling me to do states like I'm doing something wrong. I'm also not sure why, for the first time it keeps showing me payment vouchers.
