Bad deal at the end

I have used TT for many many years, but this year was very bad. Would not take my final payment and filing - gave me a OOPS we hit a snag. Well that just jus not cu it after about five times. Then it went throgh that but said I didn't have an entry in Form 1095-A. Well I did and all the final refund and payments were different, an absolute disaster at the end. Not a happy customer and may need to consider an alternate to TT in 2025.

Turbotax is absolutely great!

In general, Turbotax is absolutely great. This year, it created doubt when new forms were added after I filed my taxes. I would like there to be a "click" to review the specificities of the update to determine if the update would affect me. Also, the Michigan tax return inputs were difficult when a senior sells their home and moves into Senior Living.
