It's easy to navigate and understand. The only thing I didn't like was I kept getting the error message towards the end when submitting the file, which never happened before.

My experience with the several tax experts I contacted were EXCELLENT! They were friendly, personable, professional and most of all knowledgeable. Being this was the first time I used TurboTax; they stayed with me and helped me with the questions I had and did not “RUSH” me. Once I was comfortable enough to move on, I did. I truly appreciated their time and patience. Job well done!
