disappointed with some of the help boxes and the redirect to pages to sell excessive services. Not able to get a single simple answer about the form answered. more complex than last year for same return

I have been using TurboTax for decades, and the tool is always excellent. The guided entry method coupled with the ability to enter at the forms level makes for functional and flexible data input.

software is fine. I enter deductions and nothing counts - only get standard deduction. Always fall under the very green audit risk area. intuit is a different matter. Had to change may passwork and then went to log on to take advantage of earlier sign and wouldn't take the password I just resent!

Good software, terrible UI with interest/W2

The change in UI is terrible with TY2024 TurboTax when entering 1099-INT/DIV or W2.. This requires multiple clicks and unnecessary scrolling.
What happened to the option to not prompt for importing statements? I get prompted every time -- it gets tiring after a dozen time telling I don't want to import.
There is a lot of waste in real-estate -- more whitespaces everywhere compared to previous year TurboTax -- again needless scrolling.
And lastly, why enforce uniqueness for "nickname" when providing feedback/rating.
