Turbo Tax did not import all of last year's data

The software did not pull over all of the data from my last years Turbo Tax file. I had to manually enter almost all of my data...very frustrating

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I like being able to use EasyStep, as well as being able to jump to Forms to review a form.

Worst experience ever filing tax returns

Every time I opened the program, it wanted to update. Then the update would fail. I had to go install the manual update over and over just to be able to file the returns I paid money for this software to do. I will never use this software again!

TurboTax State Filing is Non-Functioning

For some reason, I am unable to e-file my IN state return. TurboTax indicated this was due to some error in the data but did not provide sufficient information for me to find the error or to correct any error. So I've been left with trying to figure our how to file my IN return which is complicated by the fact that the data I need to file the return is in the TurboTax file and not transferable as far as I can determine.
