Good, but could use impovement (less shady)

I generally really like using Turbotax, and have used it for many years. I don't like how they always try to upsell you, and don't always explain extra fees well.
For example, I don't like how the program tries to charge me $45 for the premium feature to pay for the state file payment through my federal return. It was not explained well, and felt underhanded. This makes me not want to use Turbotax ever again and move to H&R Block.

Long Time user, looking at other options next year

I have been a loyal TurboTax user for several years, but this year has been the most upsetting experience by far. The program repeatedly failed to transfer data correctly, causing numerous headaches. Despite paying a premium for the application, I found myself having to manually input data that should have been automatically pulled from the previous year, such as my W-2, car information, and other details. This has been a very disappointing experience, and I hope TurboTax addresses these issues promptly.

Not the easiest version of Turbo Tax I've ever Use

I have used Turbo Tax to do my taxes every year since Turbo Tax first came out. This version of your product is the hardest, most confusing version I have ever used. I spent multiple hours trying to figure out why my AGI was not changing after entering my deductions and finally got to the end to see that YOUR PROGRAM had decided that I should take the "Standard Deduction" rather than Itemize. Needless to say, I was quite angry and disappointed in how this version manifested decisions for me without notification UPFRONT. It wasted valuable time and caused major frustration. Fix this program so that we can see from the beginning the effect of itemzation !!!
