Turbo Tax is awesome

The process of preparing and filing my tax returns was very easy. Just answer the questions and will be done. I have been using Turbo Tax for over 30 years and never had a problem.

Fee's

It easy to complete your taxes but they kill you with fee's.
A second state to e-file is $25 and if you want to have fee deducted from your refund it's $40.
This is addition to the cost of the program.

Turbo Tax is great software. It is user-friendly with good explanations. Most of all, after 30 years of filing, I have never had any problems with the IRS.

Little Bit Disappointed

I had some issues with Turbo Tax this year. For years now, both me/my wife and our son/his wife have filed using Turbo Tax and never an issue. However, this year, when transferring returns for 1024 from 2023, the software could not find my return. I tried several times but in the end, had to start with my son's 2023 return, change the filename, and struggle through his data coming up again and again. Very tedious and so so unnecessary. Disappointing.

Excellent program, hidden extra fees..

The TurboTax program itself is excellent, but the incessant advertising for added service is offensive. The added $25 fee for electronic filing of the state return at the end of the process is insulting.
