State E-file payment problem using credit card

Unable to successfully e-file state return using a credit card for payment. Same problem every year. Pop-up screen on website requesting credit card billing information, I am unable to maneuver the screen to gain access to lower part of form. Unable to complete the form, therefore unable to pay by credit card. Cost me an extra $40.00 to have the $25.00 e-file fee deducted from my federal return.
