turbotax in not as good as in was

Should just file for free, product is a headache

HSA issues wouldn't let me complete without having to force numbers to fit to file. Also it made me pay to efile but then still requried me to mail in my tax forms. Did it efile and its done and thats what you charged me 25 for, or did you charge me and not do what needed to be done

Horrible!!! I just had to print off my returns for mailing because the Turbo Tax program keep going into a loop about the K-! that I do not have. I have already authorized the state to withdraw my taxes from the bank and I paid the state for e filing with my credit card. Thanks for making my life extra difficult.
