Lacking when it comes to state taxes

TurboTax does not handle guiding the user through filing state taxes when you earn money in one state and live in another. Both my husband and I work in Kansas, but we live in Missouri. Had I not already known I should have a credit on my Missouri taxes for what we earned in Kansas, I would have thought I owed over $4,000 to Missouri! I dug and dug through the screens of TurboTax, using trial and error, to get to the spot to work on the credit. It wasn't until the system was checking my Missouri taxes and flagging a field that needed to be completed, that I was able to get to the right spot. The field it wanted me to review said OTH state SP wages. I had to Google and search Intuit's help to figure out what that meant. It turns out the system did not automatically move my wages (the spouse) to the section for the credit. This could be handled better by the system.

Very Reliable and Easy to Use

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2006 and it been very reliable and quite accurate. What I love most is that the software is very easy to use and Intuit provides thorough explainations for all the tax entires/codes.
