Used Turbotax for years

I have used Turbotax for years and it is the best way for me to file taxes. State tax information, especially for Montana, is a bit confusing and could use some additional help or instructions.

Why is Form 1040-V required.

I efiled my Federal Tax Return. In the process I was forced to print a Form 1040-V Payment Voucher for Individuals. When I clicked on "Explain this" on the page it sent me to a site to ask questions. The answers received were not helpful. All refer to cash payments. The printed form looks like they are expecting a check. There is no indication on the form that payment has been made electronically. I don't understand.

As in past years, everything worked exactly as expected. The instructions were clear, there were no glitches, and the filing process went smoothly. Bank and financial institution connections were seamless as well. I plan to use it again next year.

TurboTax needs upgrades

In the past TurboTax would take information from the investment firm and populate the information into the appropriate IRS forms. This year, and last year, TurboTax made me review over 20 individual accounts when the EXACT information it was asking to verify was on the investment form. Their software needs to be updated!

Turbo tax is easy to use. I file with confidence. it imports many of my records so i don't have to spend too much time on it.
