Helpful but till very complicated

Even with the current knowledge card and explaination, I still have to spend hours googling tons of terminologies. Wish there is an more explicit way to explain them in layman terms in the future as I don't have enough confidence on a lot of steps: "Do I have this or not?" "Does this really apply to me?" "What is this?" "How or where to figure the numbers out?"

Overcharged for tax returns

I was overcharged by intuit. I should have be charged $50 for two state income tax returns and that is it. I was also charged $37.10 and I don't know why. Thank you for your help

Did not engage, very user friendly. I never seem to be able to get my one free state tax return? I do five returns with my one purchase, my husbands, my own, and three elderly community members that cannot afford to pay for professional tax preparations, so I do them for free.

Still Needs to be Better - Still No AI

Still not an easy software to use. Still very confusing. Where is AI in all of this? AI may be the only thing that could make taxes easier. Here's hoping AI is included for 2025 tax year.
