Still not as user friendly as it should be.

Difficult to get detail on answers to tax questions. Should be simple like a google search. Key tax words or forms should be easier to get...plus instructions to use a form. Why go outside Turbo to get forms and directions?

Good Experience. I'm a long time client.
We need to NOT have a fee to file the state (OHIO) through turbo tax. State return process was a nightmare.

Not Up To Past TurboTax Standards

2024 version very disappointing. Several bugs plus difficulty entering inputs in several areas, notably 1099-DIV -- input format change that wasn't very user-friendly. Also difficulty with foreign tax credit entry.
Also updating didn't work properly on multiple occasions either.
Long-time user, but may have to reconsider next year.
