Not so great this year...

This year, I opted for the desktop licenced version ($55 vs. $119) over the cost of the online version. This version did not seem to be able to pull in as much information and at times locked up on an update, was confusing and didn't seem as well done as the online version. But, I saved a substantial amount. I could not figure out how to leverage my Fidelity discount for Turbtax online (25%) or I would have filed online instead. Further, My employer uses Intuit Workforce and there is a BIG button that says SAVE 25% for Tubotax. The issue? I had to create a NEW account and it would not allow me to use my existing account that I have used for the past 7-8 years. VERY frustrating. There was no way to "link" them so I have to type everything in even though my employer uses the Intuit product. Ugh.

TurboTax Makes Filing Less Taxing!

I've been using TurboTax for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. This includes the Business, Premier and now just the Deluxe versions.
