DIFFICULT. WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO ENTER SSA-1099 THROUGH THE WORK SHEETS. CALLED AND TECH WALKED ME THROUGH ENTERING DIRECTLY ON FORM. NEEDS TO BE FIXED. ALSO DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THAT I WANT TO FILE STATE TAX BY STANDARD MAIL THAN E-MAIL. ANNOYING. WILL NOT GIVE DIRECTIONS ON HOW TO MAIL STATE RETURN.

Turbo Tax worked better for me when I had a disk!

Bring back the disk!!!! I could only install the software on a certain type of (newer) computer, which was a huge inconvenience for me.

Could be more user-friendly. I had to review the instructions to find out how to delete a form. Also, to give a review, it took me forever to qualify my answers to submit.

The app is fairly straightforward and helpful. Explanations of tax laws and areas are just a little weak at times.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
