The product could be more user friendly and intuitive. Sometimes directions for next step are not clear or not readily observable. Also, more consistency in questions and next steps is needed. For example, some boxes need to be checked for show a desire or result, while others just provide an option to continue. I suggest that when a choice is necessary, always require a box check to move on. That would be consistent and less confusing.

It's straight forward to file the tax. And, have good experience with live supporter who can come into the program and direct/instruct me to questionable sites.

turbo tax is just average.

Don't like the new version. It is a lot harder to navigate than previous years. Don't know if I will purchase next year. it is just average for average seniors.
