It didn't seem to import my financial documents correctly and I was CONSTANTLY being asked to update and verify items repeatedly, seems to be a glitch in your program.
it would be nice if you could have an option to increase the size on the view of the menu bar to the LEFT with all the forms listed in a readable size, it is very small and even with glasses and getting close it is hard to read.

Not easy if you have a K-1

TurboTax software is getting worse

I have used this software for over twenty years, this is by far the worse version! i have had multiple "automatic shutdowns" and issues with payment.
I have also asked, every year, for you to provide auto populate if multiple W2-G's for the same casino.

Deluxe version was an excellent fit for our needs

I am very satisfied with the Turbo Tax Deluxe desktop version. We have a somewhat complex tax return, and I have an intermediate understanding based on many years of submissions. We have income from salaries, pension, IRAs, a brokerage account, self-employment income from services (reported in Schedule C), real estate rentals and S Corporations (LLCs) reported in Schedule E. (The accounting proper of those S Corps are done by an accounting firm.) The QBI deduction includes business aggregations - another complication. We also have simple payroll taxes from our self employment, deductions pertaining to our self employment and rental properties, home-related deductions etc. Despite those complexities, the Deluxe version was sufficient to prepare our taxes correctly. And contrary to years past with this and competing software, the interview captured all topics we needed and processed the information correctly (especially the dreaded QBI forms) without the need for manual fixes or over-rides. There's also the beauty of information prepopulated from the prior year and the comparisons along the way between present and past year items and amounts, to make sure one did not forget something. The e-filing process is smooth, and I got the return accepted in less than 24 hours this year. I doubt that gathering and organizing our information, and interacting with a tax professional would have been any easier for me, but it certainly would have been much more expensive. Yes, I took more time than I should have, but that's because I checked everything multiple times from beginning to end.

Disappointing hidden fee
