Intuit Account required is annoying and broken

The program itself is good and the process is relatively simple although taxes themselves are like a foreign language. My biggest complaint is the requirement to login to intuit before you can use the software you purchased. I went through this painful process last year and saved my account information. Never used the account again until doing taxes this year. But now it won't accept my login email, saying it does NOT exist. So I tried to create a new login, but it says my email is already in use and wouldn't let me create a new one, nor would it let me reset the password for that email address. I had to make a new email account just to use this stupid program. There should be absolutely no need for an account to file taxes, except for Intuit to mine user data on people.

TurboTax is a good product

I had to enter my property tax manually on the tax form to get TurboTax to handle it correctly. Also, I had to remove last years Charitable entities one at a time after importing last years data to start with a new set, It would be much nice to have the ability to remove them all with one click if you know you do not want to keep any of them. Otherwise every thing worked well.

I have been using turbo tax for over 30 years.
I prefer to use a hard disk .
This down load is not user friendly , some of the controls are garbled and not legible
