TurboTax needs a Help Phone # to a LIVE Person

It is IMPOSSIBLE to to get a answer to a question in a reasonable amount of time. After ten minutes of going from one response to six or more, I might get a message giving me a phone number to call with a CASE # . After I called, I talked to a man named John, who asked questions and took time to try different things and he was able to resolve the problem. Talking to a Live Person is much quicker and less frustration!

I have been using TT for many years. I love it as it takes what can be complicated because I have no tax experience, into a realm where I am confident I am doing it all correctly.
