I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for at least 20 years, I recommend it to anyone who asks for advise. This product has always been very easy to use.

I will never buy Turbo Tax again

Everything goes well until I am ready to file. At this point I am able to efile what I owe on my federal and all goes well. However, I am to get a refund on State and now I am required to pay $20. I am trying to pay the
$20 by credit card. The program takes me away from Turbo Tax and goes to credit card info, I never get pass the billing info. Tried 7 times!!! I go back to turbo and I can not go any further because it tells me I have not paid my $20. Same thing happened last year!! Your program is terrible if it can't finish the what it says it can do. I don't know how to receive my state refund because I can't enter my credit card. Frustrating.

No State Tax for Washington
