E-filing problem

I was unable to submit my state tax electronically due to the exact same problem I encountered last year that has still not been corrected. I cannot submit my mailing address information for my credit card because the blue "next/continue" button does not show up on my screen. I have tried making the window smaller so that I can see it, but nothing works. Gave up in frustration again and will have to mail instead. Ridiculous!

Software glitchy

First time since 2002 I have had issues with the software. Finally got an answer regarding the IP PIN. Had to transmit three times.

Reign of Terror

TurboTax seeks to create a predatory system where the public is reliant on their software even though the same IRS to which we are filing our returns already has our tax information. In every other advanced democracy, you can simply file your taxes directly without paying a completely unnecessary middle man nearly $100 for the privilege. I eagerly anticipate the day when TurboTax's reign of terror ends.

Broken Payment portal

Everything worked fine until it was time to use the e-file payment portal. Regardless of how many times I updated the software or restarted it, it could never connect to the payment portal.

Long time TurboTax user- Overall Good. Biggest complaint I had involved Lump Sum Distributions of which I had None , but spent way too much time answering/correcting questions about it. Also, in the Ohio state return(maybe school district taxes) a box appeared that said that my adjusted gross income amount was incorrect but gave me the correct amount to enter in the box?
