Legacy Support?

I've been a loyal TurboTax customer for many years, but 2019 tested me. The activation code hiccup has to be seen as one of the greatest blunders by Intuit in the history of the company.
I never was able to activate the product, and ended up using a relative's previously activated copy on his computer to file my 2019 federal return. For the 2019 state, I was forced to use online form-fillable PDFs of the documents provided by the state of Hawaii on their website.
Thankfully, I was able to activate 2020 without a hitch. Unfortunately, I still was not able to connect to the payment server, so was not able to purchase Audit Defense.
I'm hoping I can catch up with my taxes using TurboTax in time to e-file again.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

TURBO TAX IS A RIPOFF!!!

I filed my 2022 and 2023 taxes and wasn't able to e-file them because the IRS is closed. Turbo Tax should inform customers upfront-NOT AFTER THE LAST STEP OF THE PROCESS. I PAY THE E-FILE RATE BUT HAVE TO MAIL THEM. DON'T NEED TURBO TAX FOR THAT-AND I SHOULDN'T BE CHARGED $80 FOR A MAIL FILE WHEN I CAN DO IT FOR FREE SIMPLY BY DOWNLOADING THE 1040 FORM FORM THE IRS WEBSITE!!!
