Problems with program freezing up

I have used this program for at least 15 years on Macs and Windows machines. This year I used a Mac and the program was very buggy this year. I never experienced this before

DID NOT GIVE OPTION TO JUST COPY PREVIOUS YEARS INCOME, WHICH WAS ANNOYIING. tHIS IS FILED FOR A DECEASED INDIVIDUAL, INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT GIVEN OF HOW TO FILE WITHOUT A COURT APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVE, HAD TO GOOGLE IT. BUT, TURBO TAX DOES FIGURE OUT TAXES BETTER THAN I COULD., NICE TO HAVE Y'ALL DOING THIS.

Turbo Tax is Okay

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 20 years. I had some difficulty this year with downloading the 1099 Fidelity Investment Income and RMD information.
