Turbo tax has fallen short

I will not use Turbo Tax net year. I have used it for several years but this version (2024) e filing is a mess. I pay my tax with quarterly payments. There is no choice for this on the e return.

Turbo Tax is OK

It was ok. I was amazed that TT didn't have access to Payer's Fed ID Numbers (FEIN). It was frustrating not being able to find a FEIN for an interest received amount of less than $10. I spent waaaay to much time on that. My satisfaction with TT has slowly eroded over time.

4 of 5 stars this year. i've been using TT since the first Windows version. didn't get 5 stars this time because of a few typos and syntax errors.i would give more feedback, but i don't particularly like the clause in the T&C that let's you use my feedback in ads, etc without contacting me.
The ads on Amazon Prime TV during March are appreciated, but the super-bright, white background light is blinding.

I've been a customer since 1995. It seems you should know what your doing by now. Instead of giving your customers the best possible product at a fair cost you prefer to nickel and dime them for profit. That wasn't the direction you were going when you first started.
