Lower Cost means higher profits

Your fee to file state taxes are outrageously high. Although I like turbo tax this is unacceptable and will be looking for a new tax program. We moved and I had to file in two states this year. Intuit in general is getting costly as I also have your checkbook program and you are driving customers away from your products.
Lower your cost and you will get more customers.

I love Turbo Tax, I have used it for many years. I always purchased it on disk. This year everyone had to download it from the internet. I had to talk with customer service to help me download it on my computer.
The service was great, I was very pleased with the knowledge of the agent.

TurboTax is the best

I use it every year. It's the best tax software around. Very easy to use, and gives me organized forms. Allows me to pull in brokerage information automagically.

I was disappointed this year from turbo tax

The e file did not work for me and maybe many more, due to the ID Pin has been change by the IRS more than 5 numbers I had to call them to find out why it was rejected and that's the reason I was given by the IRS agent. I was not able to e file any of my returns I had to mail the returns to each one of the agencies. South Carolina took longer than last year for me to be able to print.
