I've used TurboTax for years now. It's familiar. But ... WHY DID I HAVE TO E-FILE MY STATE RETURNS? WAS IT JUST SO YOU COULD CHARGE MORE?

E-file???

I don't know if it was the IRS or Turbo, but I tried several times to do the e-file and it said it went through and then it was "Rejected". I ended up printing everything out (twice) and having to send it through the snail mail.

Infernal loops unable to get out of

Couldn't understand why taxes were so much higher this year. After submitted and accepted went back to try and figure it out under "amended". Now caught in a loop. Unable to copy those taxes actually submitted.
