Problems with Program!

First time having problems with TurboTax download. Horrible! Kept asking for the same information on the 1099 MISC form and added it twice. Could not access the principal business code sheet at all and the Help Center was a joke! Got absolutely no where using that option! Super frustrating today and very disappointed.

Great support staff

I had a hard time installing and saving the software this 2024 tax year. I was able to get a live agent, Andrea, to assist me with this issue. She tried many things and finally got the program to install and take data. She stayed with me till I entered a bunch of data and that the program was stable. It took several hours. She was patient. Once the program worked, it continued to work well. No more hiccups. Then, I had a question of entering some data, and I got a live agent, LaShaunna, who helped me look up how to enter this data in the correct area. Both ladies were courteous and very patient. I felt no pressure and felt welcome. Thank you.

I do enjoying using turbo tax, better then going.

I did have troubles loading the software must have spent 1 hour and 30 minutes. At the beginning it wanted some keychain password whites and then I tried 2 more times. Finally it asked for the product code and then I was able to start entering data. Also I was not able to download information from last years return.

Process was easy,step by step; printing is questionalble, it keeps wanting to save as a PDF file, I am still dtying to figure out how toactualy print the returns to mail
