Ripoff

Paid extra to file my state return, then TTax want to be paid AGAIN to file my GF's same state return - even though she owes no taxes and gets no refund. Ripoff. We have used TTax for a number of years but will examine other options next year.

Resisting change

I wish you could still purchase the cd. Being an elderly person we tend to resist change. I was able to get my grand daughter to assist me with the download.

Good experience and educational. Just a small amt of difficulty tracking down one deduction and virtual assistant was no help but overall very good experience.

Turbo tax is easy to use and allows you to come back and complete each section easily if you get interrupted. I appreciated that as I am often interrupted!
