Turbo Tax is simple navigation and also forms.

The navigation is getting easier. I understand the need for frequent updates as the Fed and States continue to do last minute complex tax changes, especially Michigan!

Turbo Tax is not recomended

I do my fathers taxes and had you been up front about limiting to one computer, unlike previous years allowing a couple of computers, I would have loaded it on a lap top. But had to buy a second copy to use at his house. Which required the 2 hour down load and 15 minute updates every time I open it. The process took twice as long. I won't use Turbo Tax again, they are dishonest and only interested in selling additional products. Your method of computing taxes is not visible and penalties were applied that I had to reduce manually. Not a good experience.

Turbo Tax is easy, accurate and painless!

It's always so easy to prepare tax returns using Turbo Tax. I've used it for so many years I don't remember when I started! I've never had a problem preparing the returns.

Too Many Additional Fees

Too many fees for new state, to file state. Next time I will go through the IRS website. It is cheaper to file each state.
