Updater on Windows 10(x64) fails repeatedly. Locks up and requires Ctrl-Alt-Del. Finally had to download a patch after Google search. Used Turbotax without issue for many years. Maybe not next year.

TT has replaced the help function a chat. However, the instructions for the chat refer to steps in the help function. Thus, I can't use the help. I won't be using TT next year...

A good program with a falatl flaw

The product is good but there is a stupid bug in the way I have to pay for efile. Once I fill in all the information the submit buttonis off the bottom of the screen. You no longer have people who can help with these problems and your AI bots are stupid. I will never us this product again

Great product but...

I have been with Turbo Tax for quite awhile and have found it to be a very excellent tool. Since my returns are simple I can do my returns in one evening. However, I am concerned about not having a cd to store for possible problems that might crop up in the future. This computer is a replacement of one where the hard drive simply quit and I essentially lost everything on it. I guess I will have to use a thumb drive to ensure I have this year's returns available for this computer or any one I might have in the future.
