Always asks the right questions and provides a lot of reference information as well. Like the backward look at last year to make comparisons and ensure you are consistent.

This is my 16th year using Turbo Tax to prepare and file my federal and state tax returns. Needless to say, I am confident and satisfied with this product. I retired 9 years ago and I still feel that the software works very well for me. If I run into any questions, the on-line assistance usually provides me with the necessary answers.
