Surprise - "Refund Processing Fee"

Still undecided how to rate TT. I paid for the software which included free filing of my Fed taxes. I knew that the State E-File would cost extra but only $20. When it came time to e-file you asked me to pay $40 for a "refund processing fee". I don't like surprises.

Tried and True - TurboTax works great for us

We file every year with TurboTax. It saves our information from year to year and that makes it easy. Every topic is covered and the included descriptions are always helpful. We haven't had to use the TurboTax experts because our returns are fairly straightforward and the product is thorough enough for us to complete our returns on our own. E-filing is so convenient. We wouldn't file any other way.
