Upload from financial institutions has many bugs

Lots of bugs. Both returns were initially rejected due to TurboTex defective interfaces. Program would not allow me to apply State refund to next year's taxes. TurboTax gets worse every year.

Do not like unabashed effort to upsell and more

Upselling (support, audit assistance, etc.) is part of business but I resent the way you present is; almost as if buying extra services is default "Not for now". and the tab to engage is set off by color almost as a default. This is offensive and irritating.
Do not like the new format for entering investment income (interest, dividends, stock sales, etc) as it is unnecessarily cumbersome and confusing. One a particular bank/broker is identified, there should be only one screen to enter ALL entries. Presently, data entry is like Hide and Seek; toggling back and forth

Turbo Tax 2024

I have used Turbo Tax for almost 30 years and have been very satisfied with the product. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is I live in Florida and have no state income tax or need to file state income tax and Turbo Tax pointed this out to me then continuously tried to get me buy state tax software and file state taxes.

I have used Turbo tax for years. It is so easy to use . Always has an answer to your questions. My only complaint would be is that I can no longer buy the disc in the store. I do not like downloading it.
