TurboTax is a good tool for taxes preparation.

Everything was relatively smooth, although I did have a query about how (or if) the federal refund form prior year should be entered. I found no answers.

TurboTax Desktop is awesome!

The software is excellent technically re Tax Code and user friendly GUI. I chose the Expert Advice option for a nominal fee, used it once for an interpretation, and once non a technical software question. The phone support was outstanding! Time on hold was negligible and the agents were friendly and knowledgeable.
