Step-by-Step is very helpful

Once you get the hang of how the program works, it's pretty easy to navigate, especially when using the step-by-step process. You can jump to forms and worksheets that makes it a lot easier to understand why some of the numbers populate the way they do. That took a bit of time to work through. But, overall a fairly smooth process.
State programs should be easier than they are. Explanations in some cases are a bit inadequate.

Always a professional tax process that can be trusted for accuracy.
Pretty easy to use but previous versions of the software were easier to navigate.
e.g. returning to earlier versions of the document for corrections or additions during the process.

Pretty Good, tries to sell too much. I use it every year. Printing is a pain. I don't use Adobe. It' almost malware.

Limits on using Turbo Tax

I think filing my federal return went smoothly. However, turbo tax doesn't work for the state of Arizona if you have carry forward of charitable contributions that the tax payer is allowed a dollar for dollar tax credit. I had to file my return manually and mail it in. I would have not received $1,600 in a state refund if I would have allowed Turbo Tax to complete my return.
