One small complaint

When efiling my Federal Tax, it was initially rejected because I didn't enter a PIN they wanted, which apparently is different from the efile IPIN that TurboTax uses. I finally got one through ID.ME. This is confusing; more clarification and guidance is needed.

First time user - easier than I thought it would b

This was my first experience working with Turbo Tax and it was actually pretty straightforward - my husband had ordered the package and started a little, but then he passed away and I had to figure out how to access the program and figure out where he left off. It wasn't as difficult as I feared, and the tech support guy was a huge help. My main problem was accessing my file after I started and then stopped, but I got it worked out.

TurboTax Is My Personal Tax Accountant

User interface is simple and easy to use. "What's this" links provide answers to my questions and additional useful information. The free e-file option expedites the filing process. Pre-calculated amounts for quarterly estimated tax payments and 1040-ES payment vouchers simplify filing quarterly estimated taxes, avoid underpayment penalties the following year, and help me incorporate these payments into my budget.
