Nickel and Dime-ing is Becoming the Norm Now

I think this is the bet tax prep program out there and has been for a long time. My biggest complaint is the nickle and dime-ing that you have started doing. I understand covering the expenses charged by credit card companies, which would have merit, but this is all automatic without any input anymore, and with the advent of AI, there is little to no human input.
First you charge for the program, I pay $120 for it, then you charge for the State in order to e file for $20, then you charge for using a credit card, not 3.5% of $20 ($7), but $40!!! Really??? For the price of the program, that I have been paying for 15 years, you should include the State for Free, recoup the credit card expenses but not a $33 administration fee for using a card.

Unhappy with digital Download. Want CD software.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't buy the CD software. I prefer the CD instead of downloading it digital. Unhappy with digital form. Please bring Back the CD software for next year 2025.

Issues

The Turbotax format was significantly changed from the format used on the cd I used to be able to buy and I found it very difficult to make sure all my information was entered and to to find the information again for review!! I also had great difficulty when my state and federal returns were rejected with no explanation until late March. This necessitated us having to call Turbo Tax staff 4 times to find out what to do and in early March they did not themselves know why we could not print the return or file it while the program indicated all was great. (Form 3800 had not been updated by IRS issue) This needs to be fixed!! We need to be told at the time of final review that xyz is wrong and that you will email updates weekly about the issue.

TURBO TAX ONLINE

I started doing my taxes with Turbo Tax Online. I could not look back at any time to refer to the 1040 forms. I ordered my Turbo Tax instead online, downloaded it to my computer, and filed my taxes. I will not use the ONLINE form if I cannot go to the "forms" as I wish. Waiting until I have filed is futile.

Not good this year.

Could not finish and e-file the California tax form without filling our form 593. I could find no way around it. I bought my home 23 years ago and now it wants me to fill out the escrow info. I will probably kind a different preparation tool next year.
